X Class Drone Racing, located on Treasure Island in San Francisco, deeply believes that pushing the limits of innovation doesn't mean you need to push the limits of safety.
The X Class Drone Racing club exists to further the sport and technological innovations of model aviation in the San Francisco Bay Area and promote safe, responsible, legal use of large-scale remote-control sUAS. We encourage flying and social and competitive events to enhance camaraderie and friendship and we host educational seminars to encourage our members to fly safely and legally.
In April 2017, X Class Drone Racing submitting filings to become a chartered club of Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA).
